AboutThank you for visiting my website! As owner of Riverway Consulting and Coaching, LLC my goal is to assist you in designing their destination and shift chaos to clarity! For over 20 years I have helped individuals organize their lives, overcome roadblocks, and assist them in prioritizing and completing their goals. My personal experience is in retail management, teaching special education, sales and recruiting. I hold a Bachelor's in Sociology and a Master's of Education in Deaf/Hard of Hearing from the University of Minnesota. My 8 years of teaching combined with 10 years in small business, allows me to provide exceptional training and motivation. I regularly host workshops related to both business and life improvement. I reside on the board of PWN (Professional Woman's Network of St. Croix Valley) and am the past Chairperson of the Miss Hudson (WI) scholarship pageant. I am also a member of the International Association of Coaches, and am actively involved in the Hudson Area Chamber of Commerce. My mission is to stay focused on what needs to be done today, to make tomorrow more successful. I consider myself a navigator, directing and aiding others along their journey. My underlying goal is to help you breathe.
