Coaching services are for those looking for direction, balance and hope. Working with a coach is different than counseling. The process of working with a coach assists in finding the answers in YOU! Together we explore your life in a safe and confidential environment, either over the phone or in person. We will collaborate and discover new directions that will assist you in obtaining your goals. Explore what may be holding you back as well as what drives you to achieve your dreams. Experience personal growth and transformation.

Transition Coaching Session:
For adults in transition, I offer you a chance to enjoy the self discovery process and determine what you really want out of your life. Sessions include reviewing six areas of life (professional, financial, health and wellness, spiritual, emotional, and relationships) and designing your destination.
New Client Interview 1 ½ - 2 hours ~ $125
Hourly Coaching Fees (Following New Client Interview) 1 Hour ~ $75 ½ Hour ~ $40
Standard Coaching Package
(3) - 1 Hour Sessions for $195 (Reg. $225)
Premium Coaching Package
(6) - 1 Hour Sessions for $360 (Reg. $450) (Does not include New Client Interview)
Business Consulting Sessions:
For business professionals I offer an initial business assessment, followed by addressing your current needs and generating a plan of action. Your objectives may include streamlining systems, completing projects, enhancing sales, or defining your market. Every person is different. The objectives will be tailored specifically to you.
Business Consulting Sessions are 1-2 hours ~ $75/hour
Sessions are private and confidential.
Payments are appreciated at the time of service.
